OK ...if you don't use an antivirus program, now is the time to install one... This is not a widespread worm like the Windows ones but it is sophisticated and new versions will come along. Think of all the photos in your library ... all your itunes files... all your work over the last 6 months... will it all be gone tomorrow.... no... no reason to panic..
two simple steps-
1. backup - files are often lost to hard drive errors ... so back up now!
2. load antivirus software - free one avail - Clam AntiVirus - http://www.clamav.net/
