Burn the images to a cd, then throw in disk 1, restart your computer and yes delete a partition of FAT32 just leave it empty space.

After you've burned them to disk and you've started the setup it's about as easy as windows 98 to setup.

I have never installed via NFS but am sure its the same apart from specifying where the install media is. First write a boot disk using rawrite. Then just follow the install instructions.

Redhat wrote:
The rawrite command looks like the following (assuming you have copied rawrite to the dosutils folder on your C: drive):

C:\> dosutils> rawrite

Rawrite first asks you for the filename of a disk image; enter the directory and name of the image you wish to write.

Enter disk image source file name:D:\images\<image file>

Then rawrite asks for a disk drive to write the image to:

Enter target diskette drive:a:

Finally, rawrite asks for confirmation that a formatted disk is in the drive you have selected. After pressing [Enter] to confirm, rawrite copies the image file onto the disk.

Please insert a formatted diskette into drive A: and press
--ENTER-- : [Enter]
C:\ dosutils>

The rawrite utility will return a message indicating whether your disk was created successfully, or it will inform you if your image failed to transfer correctly.

Make sure that you label the disk according to its contents.

right now.. here's what I'm doin..

I'm using a remote desktop session to my pc at home from work (I can't put a floppy in now).. I deleted my second disk's partition, and I copied all my redhat files to my c drive.. can I run the install from windows or do I have to boot? Do you I just use that rawrite deal to place the entire image on that disk?
