I am using Intel D845GVSR board with Genuine Intel 2.4 GHz processor accompanied with 80GB Hard disk 7200 RPM and 512MB DDR 266 MHz RAM..Its worinking fine,no problame last one and half year.
but now i got a strange errer...when user power on computer in the morning it will shutdown automatically.when i power on again...it giveing a siran beep..and show this msg on booting screen.The cpu was previously shutdown to a thermal event(overheating) press f4 to contineue.
i have removed its cpu fan and heatsink and clean it.and i have checked cpu fan it also workin fine...i have changed a other fan and cpu but everyday in the morning it will give this error one time after then it will working fine whole day........any solution
The problem with the Dell's you are refering to was caused by a shipment of bad capacitors. This issue only affected the gx260/280 models. We had a large number of these, and just about every one was replaced.
To check if this is your problem, look at the capacitors between the CPU and the back end of the motherboard. If any appear to be bulging on top, then they are bad.

I make a pretty good living swapping out caps on boards!! It affects many other boards too. In fact this machine I'm posting from is an old HP that had bad caps that I fixed and stuck linux on
