Hello Guys

I know addresses from 10.0.0. - 10.255.255.255 are in private address range. Yesterdat i was examining header of an email in that header one line really got my attention It was

Recieved By: 10.151.29.x know i am wondering how and why they are using addresses of this private range on public internet?

Any explanation will be appreciated? Thanks Smile

That address isn't being on the Internet. What you are seeing is the addressing used in the network of the originating sender. It is common practice to stamp the address of all servers which process email in the header of the message so that you can see the flow of the message dring any troubleshooting.
