graphics card: nvidia vanta, need help with xorg.conf

I'm having trouble with my display. I have white lines flickering across the
screen.
My graphics card:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV6 [Vanta/Vanta LT] (rev 15)

I didn't have an xorg.conf file so I made one:
