How can I import a MySQL dumpfile into my database? My old hosting provider gave me data.sql file. I do have access via ssh to server.

If you are using a hosting provider then you have to use the provider utilities such as, Cpanel. However, if you want to import the db to a local machine then use phpmyadmin or the command line - you can find a number of articles out there if you search!
