Hello Sir,
We have two machines with SOHO firewall software. I have two modems with Public IP and want to create a IPSEC tunnel between the two SOHO. Is my scenario good enough or would I need something more.

Scenario:

SOHO1 with private IP <------------> Modem with Static Public IP and Port Forwarding enabled to the IP of the SOHO1<----------->Internet<------------->Modem with Static Public IP and Port Forwarding enabled to the IP of the SOHO2<-------------->SOHO2 with private IP

Regards
