i have a few questions for a televantage guru if there are any out there. specifically it has to do with using phones as an intercom, so if anyone can help out, please let me know. thanks!

I'm no guru but we use Televantage here. What phones are you using?

we're using the vertical aastra powertouch 480e phones on an analog line. basically, we're trying to set up an intercom paging system and there is a very long delay between the time you start the intercom and when it actually lets you start your message. theoretically it should start taking the message right away right?

well, i played around with the advanced settings and found you have a minimum of 6 seconds before the intercom will work Rolling Eyes ah well, that's the way it goes i guess....
