I have windows 2008 R2 installed and its a domain controller. I have added another 2008 R2 machine and its a domain member. I have made user user account and gave it "Admin, Domain Admin, Enterprise Admin, Schema Admin" rights but when I login that machine it is still restricted user account though I have given it all rights. Kindly guide me how can I do this???

How is restricted? You may need to add it to the built-in administrators group on the DC depending on what you are doing.
