    ----
hey all,

we've changed recently changed e-mail servers over after running 2000, 2003 and 2007 to just 2007 and along the way have updated the recipient policies as there was an issue with an old one.

Now I'm faced with cleaning up the old addresses and need a way of doing this en masse for the whole domain.

Ideally I'd like to remove addresses that match %1g%s@domain.com as we're using %1g.%s@domain.com.

Any ideas? Smile

why remove them at all?

you can leave them in place at no real cost, it adds convenience if people still send emails to a very old address.

You do need to make sure your new format is set as the default so it properly shows up as the FROM address in all cases.
