Hi,

Just installed the google tool bar today, and noticed that an SSL website such as https://www.harmonymedical.co.uk, do not receive any page rank, but take the "s" out of https and it give the ranking. Is this normal?

Does google even record vote for the SSL page, or do they just get applied to the non-ssl page's ranking? or none of the above?

Please enlighten me...

Seems to be a bit hit and miss..

Maybe Google hasn't spidered your https version, no-one links to it so you have no PR.

This is a bit off topic but your mentioned the google toolbar and read the description from them.

Quote:
The Google Toolbar increases your ability to find information from anywhere on the web and takes only seconds to install

But I don't see how it make searches easier or faster than just using google the standard way. So what am I not understanding?
