Hi. Our branch office has few employees who needs video conferencing with our Boss who is out of the country most of the time.

Scenarion: Boss out of [censored].

Client: 5-10 ppl in a conference room.

Now sometimes or boss would like to hold a presentation to clients.

1. All the clients are in the same room. they should be audible and visible to the boss.

2. Clients should see boss in video and should hear him too.

3. Boss should be able to control the presentation, and whatever he presents (ppt presentation) should be visible through projector.

Once we tried but it was not feasible.
we had a laptop attached with powerful web cam. we used skipe to connect to each other and use its video facility to see each other. boss was able to see ppl in conference room and we were able to see him. However, he was not able to control the presentation from his end. In our case what we did was, opened the similar ppt presentation on both the ends. boss would present it and he would ask the operator of the laptop at the client side to go to next page of the presentation or skip page or come back. So in this case it was not efficient, and things gets messed up moving up and down the presentation or in simpler words it was not coordaniting properly.

For voice we used landline telephone and VOIP.

This was a cheap solution but not so effective. Can you guys sugggest any cheap effective and efficient solution to video conferencing???

Thanks!
