I am looking to upgrade memory on my armada, the laptop has two slots. I plan on purchasing two sticks of 256mb to max out 512. Below is a link to the ram I plan to purchase, what's the difference in ram that has DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY 16 X 16 as opposed to 16 x 8 Low density? There is a big difference in price, would both memory work? The tech support is telling me that I need to use the 16 x8 ram which is more expensive. , I've never had any problem using spare 128 sticks and didn't know if they 16 x 8 or 16 x16. Any thoughts?
