Hi

I want to connect with Dial Up to a computer that have a windows ME.
All computers with Windows ME can easily connect to it without any problem and without any user name and password.

but when i want to connect to it i get a dialog that ask me user name and password for connection and when i enter something it show Error 691.
I have a Windows XP in my computer, so i think there is a problem in my computer configuration.

any one see that problem or have a solution for it.

Thanks

the reason why you are getting error 691 is because the ISP server got a different password stored on there server vs on your computer. what you need to do is call up your ISP CS (Customer Service) and ask to change your password.

the reason how I know this is because I work for a Local ISP as Technical Support.
