I have a macbook pro, the wireless card does not allow external antennas and I need to improve the performance and distance.

I have seen that there are some antennas that have a usb adapter and you can connect those in your usb port.

I want to spend $70-$120, and the antenna can be an indoor one.

I need it to run it in Linux and if it allows some features such as packet injection and promiscuous mode it will be appreciated.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advice!

I highly recommend the "Alfa" wi-fi cards. They meet all your requirements. You can even buy cards of varying signal strength for long range sniffing.

You could also look at the Ubiquity wireless cards as well. Also highly recommended.
