So, We recently started rolling out Windows 7 PCs to my users and one weird issue I have noticed is that at times users will make a connection to either our WiFi or using a Verizon air card, but no internet access. It is pretty inconsistant when this will happen, and disabling and reenabling the devices doesn't always work to solve the problem.

The weird thing is, even though the user cannot access the interent directly through the WiFi or air card, they can VPN into our network through the connect and then gain interent access.

I realize that HTTP and VPN are using different ports and such, but why would you recon this happens, and how to I sort this out?
