I have a Windows 2003 server that is a Global Catalog at one of our locations connected via point to point.
I have recently placed a Windows 2008 server onsite and am looking at removing the Windows 2003 server.
With the current Windows 2003 server I am doing DHCP, DNS and Active Directory (AD is thru Global Cataloging).
As this is not a separate domain can I just demote this server, promote the other to a Domain Controller and then re-setup the DNS and DHCP scopes as there is not much to them (location have 20 max users)
