Hi,

I have a question on teaming nics. I have a server and want to team two nics. My server is a windows server and its an HP device so teaming will be done by HP software in windows. My question now is is it okay to connect each of the two nics to separate switches of different models. The switches are cisco 3960 and 3950. Are there command/configurations that needs to be done on the switch side?

Thanks!
